Below is a list of questions that are most commonly asked. If there is anything we have not answered below, please get in touch and we will be happy to assist you.

On average, an order can take 5-10 business days to arrive. Please note that some custom services are experiencing a surge in the number of parcels to process, which can result in shipping delays. However once an order is dispatched AB Metals provide a tracking number for each order via email.

After order delivery, no return or exchange is accepted unless expressly accepted in writing by AB Metals FZCO. If AB Metals agrees to do so, such exchange must be made within 7 working days from the date of confirmation via email that the return is accepted. The return must be made using the original packaging, against signature. The customer is solely responsible for the risk of loss during the return shipment and for all the costs related to the return. AB Metals FZCO fully insures all its shipments. AB Metals is liable for all the packages till the customer receives, acknowledges and signs on the  receipt.

Please not accept any shipment that appears to be damaged or tampered with. Insurance on your package will end once the shipment has been signed for and/or delivered. If you will not accept shipment, it will be returned to AB Metals FZCO for further inspection.

Yes, for security reasons, AB Metals FZCO will always declare the full value on all the courier forms.

For security reasons, our deliveries require a recipient’s signature. Therefore, we will not be able to ship to a P.O. Box. If you enter a P.O. Box address, we will not be able to proceed with your delivery requests. For all deliveries specially coming from AB Metals , please always provide a full delivery address where you can be available for signature.

A tracking number is provided whenever a purchased item is requested for delivery. This can be used by the customers to track the delivery status.

No, the name of the recipient on the order must match the name of the account holder.

As soon as the customer places an order, the price at which the customer purchases the metal will be secured and can no longer change. You will receive a confirmation email detailing your purchase.

The transfer amount should not be less than AED 5000.
