What happens if AB Metals FZCO goes out of business or if someone steals my assets?

All our customers' products are off our balance sheet. You are the one and only owner of these. If AB Metals FZCO were to cease its business activities, each customer would be contacted personally to organize the delivery of the assets. In addition, your products are always insured against theft, damage, and loss.

Are the AB Metals FZCO vaults audited?

AB Metals FZCO audits its vaults daily for the transactions. Yearly external audit is carried by the third party authorised auditors to ensure the accuracy of each customer account.

Is there a minimum amount of order?

There is no minimum order amount to make a purchase at AB Metals. Customers can purchase any quantity of products listed on our platform.

What is the maximum order amount?

If you wish to purchase precious metal over AED 50,000, then reach out to us via WhatsApp, Facebook, or mail. Our sales representative will get in touch with you for all your requirements.

Can I pick up the order by myself?

Yes, you can pick up your purchased metal from our Dubai office between 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. Kindly confirm the date and time before visiting the office. you can reach out to us at info@abmetals.co

I live outside the UAE. How can I get my order?

If you wish, you can purchase and store precious metal with us using our free storage plan for metal valued up to AED 45000.00 or competitively priced plans for larger volumes.We can deliver to any address within the UAE and GCC countries.

Can I change/modify or cancel my order after order confirmation?

Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.

Can I exchange the heavier metal bar/coin with a lighter metal/coin if I want?

Customers aren’t allowed to exchange the already placed order. However, customers can sell the metals stored with us and enjoy capital gain on the metal. Following this, the customer can also purchase another type of metal as per their choice.

Which products are sold on AB Metals FZCO?

AB Metals FZCO sells a range of precious metal products, such as cast bars, mint bars, and coins. Products are available in gold and silver.

How are the packages packed?

AB Metals uses discreet packaging that does not give any indication of the contents inside.
