There is no minimum order amount to make a purchase at AB Metals. Customers can purchase any quantity of products listed on our platform.
If you wish to purchase precious metal over AED 50,000, then reach out to us via WhatsApp, Facebook, or mail. Our sales representative will get in touch with you for all your requirements.
Yes, you can pick up your purchased metal from our Dubai office between 9:00 to 18:00 from Monday to Saturday. Kindly confirm the date and time before visiting the office. you can reach out to us at email@example.com
If you wish, you can purchase and store precious metal with us using our free storage plan for metal valued up to AED 45000.00 or competitively priced plans for larger volumes.We can deliver to any address within the UAE and GCC countries.
Once the order is confirmed, it cannot be changed or modified. For more information, please refer to our Terms and Conditions page.
Customers aren’t allowed to exchange the already placed order. However, customers can sell the metals stored with us and enjoy capital gain on the metal. Following this, the customer can also purchase another type of metal as per their choice.
AB Metals FZCO sells a range of precious metal products, such as cast bars, mint bars, and coins. Products are available in gold and silver.
AB Metals uses discreet packaging that does not give any indication of the contents inside.
On average, an order can take 5-10 business days to arrive. Please note that some custom services are experiencing a surge in the number of parcels to process, which can result in shipping delays. However once an order is dispatched AB Metals provide a tracking number for each order via email.
After order delivery, no return or exchange is accepted unless expressly accepted in writing by AB Metals FZCO. If AB Metals agrees to do so, such exchange must be made within 7 working days from the date of confirmation via email that the return is accepted. The return must be made using the original packaging, against signature. The customer is solely responsible for the risk of loss during the return shipment and for all the costs related to the return.
